Shipping Information?

What countries do you ship to?

Chic Dhaqan and Co provides worldwide shipping.

All items are tracked. All your tracking information would be emailed to you once your order is fulfilled.


When will my order be delivered?

Chic Dhaqan and Co takes normally 3-7 working days to prepare your order for shipping.

However we can have a delay up to maximum 14 working days before shipping your order due to COVID-19. If that’s the case we will contact you to inform you.

Next day Delivery UK 1-3 days.

Please note that UK Next Day Delivery and UK Saturday Deliveries postcode restrictions may apply.

Europe 3-5 working days 

North America 3-7 working days

Australia 3-7 working days


Express service available on request please contact us for more information.

The order(s) will be dispatched between Monday to Friday, excluding local and national holidays. Delivery times are estimates and commence from date of shipping. We shall not be responsible for unpredictable delays.

chic dhaqan & Co are not liable in any way shape or form, for your order once it has been shipped.

We advise you to please check with your local Postal/Sorting Office if you have not received your order after 14 days (UK), 20 days (Europe) and 25 days (Rest of the World).

What is your return policy?

Please Note:

  •  All customised items are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.

  •  NO REFUND only exchange, all returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and no smell of perfumes.

  •  All after-sale we don't allow any return or exchange.

  •  All returns without prior approval from our Customer Service will not be accepted.

  • Custom duty (VAT) charged by your government will not be refunded.

  • You will pay for postage.


How to Return

  •  Please send us an email at info@chicdhaqanandco.com with your Order Reference within 3 days upon receipt of your package. Please include an explanation and photos if possible. The returns without prior approval from our Customer Service are not acceptable.

  •  Once Customer Service approves your request, they will provide you a return address as well as a Product Return Form. Please go to your local post office and send the item(s) within 3 days upon receiving the return form

*Note: Please don’t use expedited couriers like UPS, DHL or FedEx since we will be charged high custom duty when collecting your returned package. The normal economic Post Office service would be recommended. Please email us tracking number of your returned parcel.
